Dear Webs,
Although not a female, I can relate to your issue personally. I have a neobladder and although not continent, I wouldn't say I am incontinent either. I function as close to normally during the day as possible but have my trials at night when I too get up 4-6 times to change my depends and bed pad. I have found that when not to tired, I can move about the house for 5-10 minutes and "pee freely" after that to some degree. I catheterize myself when I really don't want to get up in the next 3-4 hours. Kegals help a lot but in the meantime I scritch, scritch, scritch along as well. - Al
