My Story

Posted by: Jeff in BCG on Print PDF

;D Boy how things can change so rapidly. Not sure why I was so worried after the last P & P. Had my biopsies done on 7 March and the news was all good. No sign of any recurrence of tumors. Doc gave me choice of further BCG or repeat P & P in 3 months. I chose the latter as I had problems with the BCG last time (see earlier story). All happy again, at least as far as this goes although I have to have a spinal fusion done in April but I feel stronger and am convinced I can cope with anything now. I am also retiring from work in a couple of weeks to enjoy life and my grandchildren. Happy days 8-)

Jeff,

So, maybe the Selenium and Bee Pollen is doing some good?  Congrats!!

Also, congrats on the retirement!!   You are lucky to have this time with the grandkids!!  (I have about 20 more years to go....)

Your friend,
Rosemary

smilies/grin.gif Hi Rosemary

When my email box said there was a reply to my post I just knew it would be you. You have followed my progress from the start and I have appreciated your interest in my story. I sincerely hope things are going ok for you these days Rosemary. I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel although realise how important the checks and balances will be for the rest of my life. I would like to agree with you that perhaps the selenium and bee pollen are at least partly responsible for my good prognosis and I will certainly continue to take these for the time being at least. Please keep in touch and let me know how you are battling these days. As I said earlier I do hope things are progressing nicely for you.

Regards

Jeff 8-)
