No more hospital visists chemotherapy or anything until next year !!!
Rough Badger and Arse describe exactley how I feel at the moment but with three weeks off hopefully I will
be well for Christmas and New Year. The symptom list is long and boring and a few more seem to join it with each cycle but there are only two left to go by Valentines day it all will be done.
I think I am more excited about Christmas than the children this year. All the presents are bought and wrapped, cards posted, there is just the food shopping and preparation to go.I have an internet order in for most of the food and thats being delivered on the 23rd and my Mums already made mince pies, christmas pudding and cake .I cant wait for Saturday to go and get the tree I am trying to persuade  Steve to have two this year so we can have one in the lounge and one in the conservatory where we will eat dinner.I am sure he will give in ,in fact he hasnt got a hope really.
 Have a great Christmas

You sound wonderful!  What a joy it was to read your post - it brought a huge smile to my face, and even managed to clear away some of my holiday hum bug.   smilies/grin.gif

I hope you have a fabulous Christmas filled with all the love, hope and plenty of Christmas trees!

Thank you for brightening my day.

Blessings, Angela

Oh Claire, I am so proud of you. You are such a trooper and have handled yourself with grace and dignity and have even managed to keep your sense of humor. I am sure you have given many people who have read your story the courage to know that they can endure as you have.
Many, many, blessing to you my dear girl....Jmema

Claire,

You go, girl!

I went to a party today, and someone very kindly gave me a Christmas Candle that had one word written on it. That word was COURAGE. She said, this is for you and it is for being a cancer survivor. I don't know why, but that one word has made my day.

So, I am passing the blessing along to you....

Thanks for being an inspiration to the rest of us here.

Merry Christmas,
Rosemary
