8/14/2001 - started BCG
11/2/2001 - cysto
11/8/2001 - TURBT...another tumor
11/26/2001 - BCG/Interferon will be started
01/18/2002 - TURBT...no tumors, pathology negative
03/28/2002 - cysto and biopsy - no tumors, pathology negative
April 2002 - three weeks of BCG/INF
6/15/2001 - spiral CT
6/18/2001 - first visit with Uro

8/14/2001 - started BCG
