Bladder Cancer Awareness Week 

One of the premiere cancer institutes in the world, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, is celebrating Bladder Cancer Awareness Week with a full week of activities. The Bladder Cancer Support Team, headed by Dr Ashish Kamat (who also serves on the Advisory Board for WebCafe) has put together a program with the help of volunteersm including Tom Touzel and Jane Dinney. Among the activities will be a 'Smoke Cessation Program' as part of The Great American Smokeout which is embraced nationally. WebCafe's long-running forum has been moved to a new home , and is now hosted by the newly formed organization, the "American Bladder Cancer Society", a complete social networking site for all those whose lives are touched bladder cancer.
