copy number gains) for chromosome 7 (labeled with SpectrumGreenÔ
fluorophore) and chromosome 17 (labeled with SpectrumAquaÔ fluorophore).
In a normal cell, there should be two signals for each colored probe.
Chromosome 3 is detected with a SpectrumRedÔ fluorophore-labeled
DNA probe and the 9p21 region is detected with a SpectrumGoldÔ fluorophore-labeled
