"Currently undergoing BCG (Lamms protocol or a derivation of) for superficial high grade disease with CIS. Made dietary and lifestyle adjustments and hoping to delay a cystectomy for a few years. When I am undergoing treatment, obviously I have discomfort and the rest of the things that folks on this site have. I am 42 and was diagnosed 14 years ago with lower grade disease (grade 1-2). I’ve had many, many cystoscopies, a handful of IVPs, a cat scan, some mitomycin etc.I maintain my work and try to have a normal life between treatments (I can’t afford not to!).

Since above, have had cystectomy…will update soon!
