Need some comments on other experiences.  I had cancer in wall of bladder – it was stage 2.  Have completed chemo (cisplatin/gemzar) and had cystoscopy biopsy with no cancer detected. Also had MRI and CT scans of body with no detectable cancer.  Options now include cystectomy or possibly radiation with more chemo – as precautionary measure if I elect to not have cystectomy.  Statistics show that cancer has high probibility ( I've read 67%) of returning without cystectomy.  That also means 1 in 3 chance that cancer gone. Would appreciate any comments or resources that would assist in decision making.
